My name is Jeffrey Serpa! I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. After completing my Bachelor’s Degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business, I began planting roots in Scottsdale and never looked back!
I have been fortunate to have lived and experienced different career opportunities all across the country. I have lived and worked in California, Ohio and throughout the Midwest, South Carolina, Florida and even sailed the high seas in the Caribbean Ocean. For me, Arizona is truly a place I call home and feel fortunate to live in a state that offers so much opportunity for adventure and perfect weather year-round!

When I'm not working....
Success and happiness go hand-in-hand. When I am doing things that make me happy, my business is most successful. While it’s true that I devote most of my life to my career, I will always find time to relax and unwind! One of the many advantages from living in Arizona is the incredible year-round weather we enjoy. If I’m not selling a house in your neighborhood or planning a future remodel, look for me on the golf course or tennis court! My new favorite sport, however, is pickleball! Did you know pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the nation?
If you’re looking for something other than golf/tennis, I’ve got you covered! Arizona has some of the most beautiful scenic trails that are perfect for an off-road adventure! Hop in and hold on tight as we cruise through Box Canyon, Crown King, Apache Trail or Schnebly Hill. Many of the trails are fun for the entire family and if you’re lucky, you’ll even spot ancient petroglyphs, abandoned mines and fossil creeks!
The fun doesn’t stop when the sun sets in Arizona! The nights are usually cooler and more enjoyable for festivals, camping, bar-hopping and bike riding. Be sure to count everyone in your group, friendly spirits are well-known for making new friends after dark…! Yes! Arizona is painted with a colorful history and you can step back in time to nearby cities such as Cave Creek, Tombstone, Sedona, and Jerome to name just a few. Listen carefully and you may hear a voice that isn’t really there…!

At first, my husband only wanted a golf course home in Grayhawk. We have friends who reside in the community and we love staying with them every January.
